Our products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and material. In case of defect, we shall repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective component.

To ensure you get maximum comfort and support, please follow the following instructions:

• Make sure the bed base foundation is in good condition and well ventilated
• Turn/Flip your mattress every 3 months to maximize its comfort and lifespan
• Avoid exposing the mattress to the sun; air it in a passage area instead
• in case of possibility of liquids dripping on the mattress, consider covering it with a mattress protection pad
• Do not worry if the mattress feels slightly firmer than anticipated within weeks of usage, the interior will soften and initial stiffness will be removed
